1.Purpose and Scope
This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Neosophical Labs Pvt Ltd delivers digital access, software services, subscriptions, implementation services, outputs, workspaces, support, and related services. Neosophical Labs Pvt Ltd is an AI venture product studio that builds AI-native products and partners with non-technology businesses and founders to design, develop, operate, and scale digital products, automation systems, technology infrastructure, and related services.
2.No Physical Shipping
Neosophical Labs Pvt Ltd currently provides digital software, platform access, online services, subscriptions, implementation services, and electronic deliverables. We do not currently sell, ship, courier, or physically deliver goods, printed materials, merchandise, hardware, or physical packages as part of normal service delivery.
No physical shipping fee, courier fee, logistics fee, cash-on-delivery process, return pickup, shipment tracking, or physical delivery timeline applies unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
If physical goods, merchandise, equipment, or hardware are introduced in the future, they may be governed by a separate shipping, return, and delivery policy.
3.Digital Products and Services Covered
This Policy applies to digital delivery of:
- AI-native product development, technology consulting, product studio engagements, technical planning, product strategy, design, code, prototypes, documentation, automation, and related digital deliverables;
- software access, dashboards, accounts, demos, prototypes, repositories, cloud-hosted environments, integrations, admin panels, and related digital tools;
- client onboarding, implementation, support, training, project management, technical handover, and communication through digital channels;
- invoices, proposals, statements of work, milestones, reports, project assets, and other electronically delivered business materials.
4.How Digital Delivery Happens
Delivery for client work may occur by email, shared drive, repository access, project management tools, video calls, deployed links, credentials, admin access, technical handover, documentation, or other electronic means.
For custom product, partnership, or technology engagements, delivery timelines depend on the applicable proposal, statement of work, signed agreement, milestone plan, client inputs, third-party access, integrations, approvals, and technical requirements.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business inputs, legal permissions, platform access, approvals, brand materials, content, data, credentials, and other dependencies required for delivery.
5.Delivery Timeline
Digital access is usually made available after successful payment confirmation by the applicable payment provider, app store, bank, payment gateway, billing platform, or invoice process.
In most cases, access is activated immediately or within a reasonable period after payment confirmation. Delivery may take longer because of payment verification, fraud checks, manual review, onboarding requirements, implementation scope, client/customer inputs, third-party integrations, cloud infrastructure, security review, or technical issues.
Where a commercial proposal, statement of work, enterprise agreement, milestone plan, or onboarding plan specifies a separate delivery schedule, that agreed schedule will apply to the relevant custom scope.
6.When Delivery Is Considered Complete
Delivery will be considered complete when access to the purchased digital entitlement, subscription, workspace, plan, feature, output, account, dashboard, export, invitation, implementation milestone, or relevant service component is made available to the user, customer, client, or authorized administrator.
Delivery does not require actual usage by the customer, client, or user. Failure to log in, use the service, invite team members, generate outputs, review deliverables, download exports, complete onboarding, approve work, or consume plan benefits after access is made available does not make delivery incomplete.
7.Failed Access or Non-Activation
If payment is successfully debited but the corresponding access, entitlement, subscription, workspace, service, or deliverable is not activated or made available, the user or customer should contact official contact channel available on https://neosophical.com with the transaction ID, payment reference, registered email or phone number, date of payment, invoice or plan details, and screenshots where available.
We may verify the transaction with the payment provider, bank, app store, gateway, internal logs, or billing records. If non-activation is confirmed and the relevant amount has been credited to Neosophical Labs Pvt Ltd, we may activate the service, restore access, extend access, correct the entitlement, or process a refund/reversal in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
8.Third-Party Platforms, Banks, and Payment Providers
Some delivery, access, or activation may depend on third-party platforms such as banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, card networks, app stores, hosting providers, AI providers, cloud services, browsers, integrations, communication tools, and customer-owned systems.
Neosophical Labs Pvt Ltd is not responsible or liable for delays, outages, declined payments, failed mandates, non-settlement, delayed settlement, chargeback holds, bank errors, gateway errors, app-store issues, account restrictions, integration failures, third-party downtime, or infrastructure issues caused by third parties outside its reasonable control, including the user’s bank, the Company’s bank, or any intermediary payment system.
9.No Returns for Digital Delivery
Because the Service consists of digital access, software features, subscriptions, workspaces, outputs, online services, and electronic deliverables, there is no physical return process. Digital services cannot be returned in the way physical goods can be returned.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled only under the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions may be posted on the website, app, dashboard, payment page, invoice flow, or shared through reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acknowledgement of the updated Policy.
